Open Source License
The goosie protocol is provided as open source documentation and software;
any man or woman can inspect, modify, and enhance the documentation and code as long as they do so within the rules of the goosie club;
the rules of the goosie club constitute the licence under which the protocol code and documentation is provided as open source; they determine the constraints under which any deployment of the protocol operates under;
failure to operate under the rules of the club is considered a trespass by way of theft under the following notice;
Notice;
i: a man; Branton Kenton-Dau; write this notice; to any man, or woman, who contributes to or enables through financing, coding, marketing or otherwise the deployment of any application, platform or wallet that contains the novel and commercially useful features of the goosie protocol if said application, platform or wallet be not provided within the rules of the goosie club;
i; state the goosie protocol is the property of i; said property contains the novel and commercially useful features of the ability to provide lending against a digital asset without margin call; the ability of a man or woman to double their assets at no cost; the ability of minted digital assets to hold their value even as the value of collateral held against those assets falls;
i; say that if any of these novel features are present in any application, platform or wallet outside of the rules of the goosie club i, consider this a wrong;
i; say for such wrong i require compensation in the amount of 100 bitcoin, plus court costs, plus .0001 Bitcoin per minute the wrong continues from the time it has come to the attention of i;
i; say if i, do receive no compensation i would consider it a trespass by way of theft;
i, state all herein to be true and will verify at open court.
